Hüseyin Akkaya is the founder and managing partner of the Firm. He started his career in 1986. In 1988, he founded Ekin Law Firm with three other partners. During this period, he made an effort in legal procedure of foundation of the first Turkish Government Employee Unions and worked in public law area. He continued his career in Akkaya Law Firm as sole partner between 1996-2011. He was a member of Board of Auditing of Istanbul Bar Association between 1996-1998. He has been working for 26 years as a trial lawyer and legal consultant especially in the field of Commercial Law (corporate-bill of exchange), Labour Law, Insurance Law, Enforcement Law, Bankruptcy Law, Real Property Law and Criminal Law.

Ceren Cansu Akkaya finished her high school education and started Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law with scholarship (%100). In summer 2010, she worked in Athens Office of an international law firm as part of Erasmus Placement Program. She have received international legal English education during 6 months and worked in Istanbul Bilgi University Intellectual Property Law Research Center when she was a student. In 2011, she graduated from University with Honour Degree. After finishing obligatory internship, she started her career in October 2012.  She has been working as a trial lawyer and legal consultant especially in the field of international agreements and debt collection, commercial law, family and divorce law, civil law,  debt enforcement and bankruptcy law and especially women rights. She attanded "Advanced Human Rights Training for Women for Lawyers" at the Institute of Human Rights Education of Women in Bulgaria between 2016-2017. In the beginning of 2020, she became a mediator and handle commercial and labour dispute cases as a mediator.
